Originally from Turkey and fluent in both Turkish and English, I’ve called the United States home since 1995 — a journey that has shaped my approach to leadership, communication, and service excellence.

With a background as a Registered Nurse, I’ve spent my career in roles that demand critical thinking, empathy, and the ability to thrive under pressure — all of which seamlessly translate into managing the fast-paced, client-centered world of real estate. In my role as COO, I oversee the daily operations of our rapidly growing firm, ensuring our agents, staff, and clients experience the highest level of professionalism and efficiency.

From optimizing internal systems to supporting agent productivity, I’m deeply invested in building a company culture rooted in trust, innovation, and results. My mission is to create streamlined structures that empower our team and elevate the client experience across every touchpoint.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mother to two teenage boys — a role that has taught me balance, patience, and the power of perseverance. These values guide my leadership style and fuel my commitment to helping others succeed in both business and life.
