About Larry Salvato

Born and raised in Rochester, New York, I’ve called this area home for most of my life, except for a year spent in Hollywood, Florida, during my twenties. I attended Long Island University for college before returning to Rochester, where my passion for real estate first began.

My introduction to real estate came through my brother, who got me involved in buying and selling homes. With my family in the flooring business, I developed a deep understanding of home design, materials, and craftsmanship—knowledge that became the foundation for my success in house flipping and real estate sales.

I earned my real estate license in my early thirties and have now been in the industry for over 25 years. About five years ago, I became the Sales Manager for the Robert Piazza Palotto (RPP) Sold Team, where I helped lead the team to become the #1 team in all of New York State. Two years ago, we expanded our reach and opened High Falls Sotheby’s International Realty, bringing our business to a global level and elevating our brand standards even further.

In addition to leading and mentoring agents, I continue to work directly with buyers and sellers as a top-producing agent. My philosophy is simple: treat every client and transaction—whether it’s a $200,000 home or a $10 million estate—with the same level of commitment, care, and service.

I believe in coaching through example, giving 110% to my clients and our team. At the heart of everything I do is one guiding principle: care deeply, listen carefully, and always put others’ needs first.
